Our 6 step process

Contact

We initially get in contact with you to get a brief understanding of what you are wanting to achieve and all relevant information necessary before we move on to the next stages.

Site Analysis/Feasibility 

We then go to your site to do a site analysis and gather all relevant information, and to better understand the site conditions. We then follow up with a feasibility study to determine what you want to achieve and all regular authorities permit us from moving on to the design.

Client Brief

This is where we get to know more about you! We will provide you a client brief form, to better understand you and your objectives for your project so we then can take this and apply it to your project with creativity and expertises.

Concept Design

Once the client brief has been completed, we then with carefull consideration, creativity and expertise adapt the client brief to the design. First starting off with the concept design, where we initially draft a design as our foundation where we then showcase to you for review and to be developed upon.

Working Plans/Final Plans

As we transition from concept design to the actual formation of the design, we focus on refining every detail. This critical phase allows us to bring ideas to life, ensuring that we create a final design that meets the client's expectations and brings them satisfaction. Our aim is to develop a cohesive and polished product that truly resonates with their vision

Approvals

Securing the required approvals for your project is key to a successful construction. We will manage the entire approval process, making sure everything is well-organized and prepared for construction. You can count on us to navigate the complexities while you concentrate on bringing your vision to life.
